JOB DESCRIPTION:
India/Gurgaon – Finance India Rep Office
- Position responsibilities:
- 1.Handling Tax related queries from SSC / AP / Business team
2. Handling GST Compliance including VAT, Service Tax of erstwhile regime. Ensure return vs GL reconciliation and timely filing of returns.
3.Timely completion and filing GST Annual Return / Audit
4.GST Input recon with Customer and Vendors
5.Handling of Tax assessments and audits. Arranging required information for assessment and check documents before sharing with the consultant
6. Meeting Tax officer and managing Tax consultants
- Position Requirements:
- Business Skills Requirements:
- 1.Experience working in the telecom industry preferred,
2.Good skills on finding solutions that work for customers
3.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
4.Good customer service principles and practices
5.Strong ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently in an extremely fast-paced, high-pressure environment with minimal supervision
6.Good listening, negotiation and presentation skills
7.Excellent verbal and written communication
8.Good computer and data analytical skills - Professional Knowledge Requirement:
- 1.Excellent professional knowledge and skills on Indian Indirect taxes – GST/VAT/ CST/ Entry tax/ Service tax/ WC-TDS/ Excise/ Customs (especially on GST);
2.Solid knowledge on Indian Direct taxes – CIT/TDS/TP/PE related (especially CIT and TDS);
3. Qualification of certified Indian accountant/tax association will be great.
